It’s almost three weeks till Christmas Day. Family excitement levels will be rising (financial and relational pressures might be too) as each day passes. We all get busier as the day approaches ,or even looms for some). Faster, busier, louder, stressier. And so the days pass.
It’s important to stop and think. Rest and pray. Reflect and refresh.
As children of a living God we can do just that- we can ‘come and adore Christ our Lord, for he alone is worthy.
In your busy-ness, take some time to stop and aside Jesus. Talk with him. Listen for him. Worship him.
Stuart has been involved in Church life as a leader, volunteer, inspirer, teacher, and servant for the past 45 years. He is passionate about faith that is relevant in real life, and that is sparked by Love for God and others. He loves prayer that is relational to God, and seeks to do his bit in inspiring others to really get to grips with praying for God to pour our his love upon the world.
Professionally he has worked as a youth and families coach; bar tender; pr’eacher; charity operations dude; and general dog’s body. In short, he rolls up his sleeves to serve.
Personally speaking, Stuart loves reading, writing, singing, praying, poetry, wild places and open spaces.
